This award-winning restaurant showcases the bounty of the Puget Sound, ranging from freshly caught seafood to steaks and chicken, and using regionally-produced ingredients from area farmers and growers.
In keeping with in the cultural traditions of the Tulalip Tribes, the signature Heritage Salmon at Blackfish is prepared over an alder wood-fueled open fire pit grill. This favorite entree is one of many seafood offerings on the extensive menu, which includes oysters shucked to order, locally harvested shellfish and a variety of freshly caught fish available on a seasonal basis.
